Will I receive the same products that I see in the picture?

Yes, at Pristine Queens L.L.C we pride ourselves on providing are customers with not only good quality products but also giving accurate descriptions and visualizations of all are products on hand. We promise to update are website if there are any changes.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

If you make an account with pristine queens, you can view all your previous orders. A copy of your invoice will also be emailed to you as well after purchase. When your package gets shipped out there will be a follow-up copy of your invoice with your products that will be delivered to you.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?

Yes, as soon as a new batch is formulated and ready for sale the website will be updated indicating an item is in stock for order. And an email will go out to are customers who have an account with us as well to inform them of this update. If for any reason a product is not in stock, we will update all our customers via email and remove that item from are shop.

Are all ingredients vegan?

Although we do buy a lot of vegan ingredients to make our products, our products are not 100% vegan, however, they are natural and safe.

Can I return an item?

You can cancel an item or order before it gets shipped out . However, once your order is shipped out it is the final sale and cannot be returned or edited. I am sorry if that is an inconvenience in any way, please check your order and details before payment.
